  Quality is not higher or lower than expected from any other Dunkin Donuts. Some of the are quite often distracted with their own conversations and not paying good attention to what's going on. Drive through sometimes does not answer. If they get the slightest bit busy it takes a very long time.

  Short version: held hostage in the drive thru line for an hour due to "power loss" while people parked, went inside, and came out within 5 minutes with Dunkin products. Management does not make good decisions and threatened to throw hot coffee on me. They have one person there that is good at his job and his name is Trey. Of all the Dunkin Donuts I have been to, this is the only one I have ever had issues out of and I frequent many DD locations.
  
  Long version:
  **At a certain point your are stuck in line for the drive thru as one side is blocked in by a car wash**
  
  This is my local Dunkin Donuts and it has been plagued with issue from the start (opened about 2015). Feedback had been left multiple times and recently it appeared to be getting better. That is until 3/14/17 at approximately 7:55AM. The drive thru line was long, but I didn't think anything of it. That was the first mistake. I placed my order (large hot coffee) and waited until I was 2nd from the window. From this point the car at the window didn't move and we all proceeded to sit until about 8:40AM, at which time I began to use the horn trying to get someone to acknowledge there were people waiting at the window. Throughout this time people parked, went inside, and came out with Dunkin Donuts product within 5 minutes. Once I started using the horn the car at the window finally received their order and left. As soon as I got up to the window I asked to speak with the manager (Tara Green) to find out what had happened (power outage) and to let her know that there were ways to handle a situation like that instead of holding people hostage in the drive thru. Tara did not like the common sense suggestions (have everyone park and wait for their order if those chose to) and essentially to me to leave by closing the window. My attitude was not the best after this and some cussing occurred, but that would never top what Tara Green (manager) stated. She said "if she wasn't on the clock she would throw hot coffee on me." I didn't know what to say when she threatened to throw hot coffee on me. After that the supposed "area manager" came to the window and said he would look into the issue and gave me my order free. After leaving the drive thru and gas station at 8:50AM I took a sip of the coffee and it was cold. To add to that, this was the same coffee they expected me to pay for.

  This particular Dunkin Donuts was in a Gas Station. The girls working were pretty nice. The coffee was running low, so instead of giving me the bottom of the pot, she poured it out and told me she'd make me a new pot. Then they forgot about me and poured coffees for the 3 people behind me until I told them they forgot to pour mine.
